I have my Bachelors degree in Social Work from Mansfield University and continued my Social Work education by attending University at Buffalo for my Master's with advanced standing. My wide range of experience includes work in various social work settings. I worked as a care manager in the inner city of Rochester that provided services to women who were pregnant or had children ages two and under. After, I transitioned my role and worked as a primary therapist for Strong Hospital in the Child and Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Service. After my time working in mental health services, I worked for Wayne County with at risk youth in the school systems. I currently still work in Wayne County and have been working as a school social worker. 

I believe that each person has their own story to tell and have different reasons as to why they embark in therapy. My approach is to always make sure I am meeting each client where they are as this will help us work together. I mainly focus on cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy in my practice. I value the importance of therapeutic connection with my clients, as well humor.
